Once we receive your order, please allow 2-5 days for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Lost or Misplaced: Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will reship the order to the correct address at the customer's request. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.
For special offers such as "Buy 1, Get 2 Free," items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for refunds or exchange unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items sent). Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or converted into store credit.
